Trackers that do the arithmetic for you.

Most trackers are a grid of empty boxes you fill in by hand and add up yourself. These two are systems: you enter the day or the transaction once, and the averages, the dashboard and the finish-lines update themselves.

Health

Perimenopause Symptom Tracker

Rate 21 symptoms once a day. A live dashboard shows your average score and which cluster — hot flushes and night sweats, mood, energy or physical aches — is loudest this month. The symptom list follows the Greene Climacteric Scale, the checklist clinicians already use.

So when you finally get the appointment, you are not describing it from memory. You are handing over a record.

Money

Personal Budget Tracker

Log every euro in and out. Six connected tabs carry it through to a live dashboard — income, expenses, net and your savings rate — a budget that flags every overspend in red, and a debt snowball that tells you the month each debt is gone.

Change one transaction and everything downstream updates. No adding up on the side.

Why a system beats a printable

A printable gives you somewhere to write. That is not the hard part. The hard part is the arithmetic afterwards — the monthly average across four weeks, the cluster that has quietly got worse, the debt that is not moving, the month where the savings rate actually went up or down.

Nobody keeps that up by hand. So the tracker does it: you rate the day or type the transaction, and the totals are formulas rather than something you do on the side. Both workbooks ship as a DEMO pre-filled with a worked example, so you can watch every tab behave before you put your own numbers near it, and a BLANK version cleared and ready for you.

No macros

Plain formulas only. It opens in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice and Numbers and nothing breaks or asks permission.

Nothing locked

No password, no protected sheets. Rename the categories, change the colours, extend the rows — it is yours.

Instant download

Files delivered straight away. No subscription, no expiry, no account to keep alive.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need Microsoft Excel?

No. Both workbooks open in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets (File → Import → then Save as Google Sheets), LibreOffice Calc and Apple Numbers. There are no macros, so no security prompt and no add-ons.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. These are local spreadsheet files. Nothing phones home, nothing syncs, nothing is uploaded. The only copy is the one on your machine or in your own Drive.

Which one should I start with?

If you are tracking symptoms to take to a doctor, start with the perimenopause tracker. If you want to see where the month's money actually went, start with the budget tracker. They do not depend on each other.

Can I change things?

Yes — nothing is locked or password protected. The one thing asked of you is that you do not resell or redistribute the files.
